Members book 45-minute sessions through Uppingham School Sports Centre reception and may hold two bookings in any seven days. Term-time access is 17:00-22:15 weekdays, 08:30-13:45 Saturday and 08:00-11:00 Sunday; school holidays and exeats use 09:00-22:00 daily. Variable school calendars prevent a fixed weekly schedule.
