Racquets access is through registered membership and advance booking. The dual-use centre serves the local community, but Rugby School requirements take priority and the timetable may change. Current centre-wide membership terms permit an adult member to invite fee-paying guests to use facilities; guests sign in at reception, may attend without the member only with a valid guest pass, and can be limited to two per visit, eight visits yearly and three uses of one guest pass monthly. This is not an unrestricted casual squash route. No current representative racquets tariff or complete fixed squash schedule is published.
