The City of Courtenay publishes a CAD 6.25 adult drop-in racquet-court rate. Squash bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance by phone or at the front desk in one-hour blocks; payment is due at booking, and no refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations made less than six hours before booking. Current squash booking windows are 06:00 to 20:00 weekdays and 09:00 to 15:00 weekends.

The City of Courtenay also publishes adult 11-pass and unlimited-play options, plus student, older adult, and PWD unlimited-play rates. Adult unlimited play is CAD 262.50 for six months or CAD 375 for one year.
